Ingredients

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 glass spring water

juice of 1 lemon

1/4 tsp stevia liquid (optional)

few mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients together
  2. Allow to stand for approximately 20 minutes, chia seeds will soften and flavours will infuse.
  3. Take out mint and stir well.
  4. Add some ice if preferred and enjoy!
