RIPPLED YOGHURT BREAKFAST BOWL

Serves 4 | 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 300g frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 300g plain yoghurt
  • runny honey
  • granola
  • a squeeze of lime

Instructions:

  1. Heat frozen blueberries in a small saucepan, over a medium flame for 5 minutes and add a bit of honey, about half a tablespoon or so. Stir occasionally and add a splash of water if needed.
  2. Peel and slice banana into coins, then toss with lime juice.
  3. Divide between 4 shallow bowls, add yoghurt, ripple the blueberry juices into the yoghurt, spoon over the remaining blueberry compote, top with sliced bananas and granola.
  4. Feel free to explore with different toppings, this breakfast is truly versatile, bring your creative streak to life!
