Serves 4 | 5 minutes
- 300g frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 300g plain yoghurt
- runny honey
- a squeeze of lime
- Heat frozen blueberries in a small saucepan, over a medium flame for 5 minutes and add a bit of honey, about half a tablespoon or so. Stir occasionally and add a splash of water if needed.
- Peel and slice banana into coins, then toss with lime juice.
- Divide between 4 shallow bowls, add yoghurt, ripple the blueberry juices into the yoghurt, spoon over the remaining blueberry compote, top with sliced bananas and granola.
