CHOCOLATE AVOCADO PUDDING!

SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS

MID-WEEK DECADENT!

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado (ripe)
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons water (or more as needed to blend)

Instructions:

1.Scoop the flesh of the avocado into a blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until silky smooth.

2.Taste the pudding at this stage and add more maple syrup if desired.

3. Serve immediately or allow to chill in the fridge. Store in an air-tight container, will last up to 48 hours.

4. Enjoy!
